You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We’ll send you the next steps and return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm and process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect care
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right (replacement or refund, depending on the situation).
